This elegant carved wood male figure is from Madagascar. It stands 31.5” high and has remnants of a gray pigment or paint on the surface. The penis slips out of a hole on the front of the body.

    It is placed in the Indonesian section of my website because the inhabitants of the island exhibit a closer cultural affinity with Indonesia rather than Africa.
